Rebranded Houston PE firm makes first health care exit
Houston-based private equity firm ZT Corp. Inc., formerly ZT Wealth, has exited its first health care company after the firm generated a nearly 10-times return.
ZT Corp. sold Altus Infusion, a specialty healthcare services company, to a firm with a $2 billion-plus fund in the Northeastern U.S., said Taseer Badar, ZT’s chairman and CEO. Badar declined to reveal the acquirer because the firm is attempting to buy similar companies.

For the second month in a row, the top 10 homes sold in the Greater Cincinnati region all had a selling price of more than $1 million.
The most expensive home sale of April also was slightly higher than the top sale of March. In February, four homes were sold at a price of $1 million or more. In January, seven of the most expensive homes sold were priced at $1 million or higher.

The Sobrato Organization, one of Silicon Valley's most prolific developers, on Friday named a new CEO as its founders step back from daily C-suite duties.
