After inking over $550 million in presales, the Trump Ground broke ground Thursday on the Estates at Acqualina condominium tower in Sunny Isles Beach.

A water technology company is planning to grow its footprint in Charlotte as part of a $3.3 million expansion that will add more than 100 new jobs over the next three years.
Xylem Inc. (NYSE: XYL), based in Rye Brook, N.Y., is planning to hire for 119 new jobs in Charlotte, adding to its current headcount of 149 in the Queen City.
