$1.95B Liberty mixed-use community re-emerges with new name, timetable

Montage Liberty, a $1.95 billion proposal by GaleHart Communities, could see 3,197 new residences and millions of square feet of new commercial space built on rural land that surrounds Liberty North High School, west of Interstate 35.
