The housing market continues to cool across the region, but some Philadelphia-area ZIP codes are still seeing high demand and relatively quick home sales.
Homes in the Philadelphia region are staying on the market for an average of 73 days as of January, a seven-day increase over December, according to data from Realtor.com. The region is below the national median of 75 days. Of the 10 largest metros, Philadelphia has the fourth highest median.
