A $200 million medical campus is nearly set to break ground in Mesa.
Plans call for breaking ground early next year on GrandeVita, owned by BioCity Enterprises and being developed by Khangura Development. The 20-acre campus will include 700,000 square feet of independent and assisted living, medical offices, a luxury tower and luxury condos, nursing school and rehab clinic.
Brycon Construction, which is based in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, will oversee the project.
