The Denver area is defined as the seven-county metro (Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas and Jefferson counties). Century Communities Inc., BLVDWAY Communities, DIRC Homes LLC and Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver, ranked Nos. 2, 12, 13 and 17 on last year’s List, respectively, did not respond in time for publication.
