Robin Team leads a company that is developing Lexington Industrial Park, capable of hosting 2 million square feet of space, and this past summer, it sold the 610,000-square-foot logistics facility at 4051 Wallburg Road in Winston-Salem occupied by beverage can manufacturer Ardagh Group.
