Compass, a New York-based residential real estate firm, has launched in Nashville.
According to a news release, Compass’ initial Nashville footprint includes eight Nashville real estate agents and teams, recruited from other local firms.
Founded in 2012, Compass has 165 offices in more than 80 cities. According to a news release, it is valued at $4.4 billion and has raised $1.2 billion in funding to date.
