In a new study released yesterday, Memphis ranks in the top 10 with cities such as New York, Miami, San Francisco and Chicago. And, it has to do with housing.
Using Home Mortgage Disclosure Act data from 2017, online mortgage broker LendingTree ranked the 50 largest U.S. cities by their volume of home improvement loans (as a percentage of the total housing units in each city).
