Nashville's newest luxury hotel has begun construction downtown. It isn't expected to be ready until late 2020, so until then, a set of final renderings will have to do.
Pizzuti Cos. is developing The Joseph Nashville, part of The Luxury Collection, now a Marriott International Inc. brand.
The 297-room hotel in Nashville's SoBro neighborhood is the Columbus-based developer's first project in the city.
The hotel's 21st floor will feature a spa, fitness center, pool and rooftop bar.
