According to this year’s list of Central Ohio's busiest homebuilders, production and sales of new-build homes have been picking up in Central Ohio.
It’s difficult to make a direct comparison with last year’s list, since some of the companies have changed. But the 23 builders in the 2017 list reported 2,332 homes started and 2,247 delivered in 2016 in Central Ohio.
This year, 22 companies reported 2,490 starts and 2,380 homes delivered in 2017.
