Popular eatery Paz Cantina open again in downtown Phoenix


A popular downtown Phoenix Mexican eatery has reopened in a bigger space following a three-year hiatus.

The Arizona Republic reports Paz Cantina reopened Sept. 17 on the ground floor of a new apartment complex in the Roosevelt Row arts district on the same corner it previously occupied.

On the northeast corner of Third and Roosevelt streets inside the new Broadstone Roosevelt apartments, Paz now offers not only its south of the border eats, but a new cafe and live music venue.
