Here’s who bought the most expensive homes in the Seattle area this year

Most of the homes are on the Eastside, though four are in Seattle and one, purchased by Oprah earlier this year, is on Orcas Island. The most expensive home was a $26.75 million mansion whose gardens are registered with the Smithsonian.
