Utah-based Garn Development Co. LLC has closed on the purchase of a 2.64-acre lot within the 40-acre Leihano development where it plans to build the city of Kapolei’s third limited-service hotel.
The parcel, located on Manawai Street between the National Kidney Foundation parcel and the Queen Liliuokalani Trust parcel and across from Kapolei Lofts, is about the same size as the nearby 180-room Embassy Suites by Hilton hotel. The purchase price was not disclosed.
