BofA to award bonuses, other incentives to 95% of its employees


Bank of America Corp. (NYSE: BAC) will give employees making $100,000 or less in annual compensation a one-time cash bonus of $1,000, Chief Executive Brian Moynihan said in a memo obtained by the Charlotte Business Journal.

Cash bonuses will be awarded in the first quarter of 2019.

Employees making $100,000 to $350,000 in annual compensation will receive between 200 and 500 restricted stock units in the first quarter of 2019. Stocks awards will be determined based on a compensation tier.
