Prison term for woman who bilked local casinos


A Georgia woman was sentenced in Sacramento on Monday to two years in prison for several cases of fraud against casinos and money transfer systems.

Vivian Wang, 55, of Alpharetta, Georgia, was sentenced for wire fraud, credit card fraud and aggravated identity theft, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Sacramento.

Wang’s case was related to the crimes of co-conspirator Frank Luo, who last year was sentenced to three years in prison for defrauding casinos, including Cache Creek Casino…
