Papa John's International Inc. CEO Steve Ritchie acknowledged that the company still has work to do before it wins back its customers' trust, but he said the battered company is on its way to recovery.
After a third-quarter earnings report that showed declining same-store sales, revenue and earnings per share, Ritchie said in a conference call that executives are seeing early indications that Papa John's improvement measures are working, and they're "optimistic about the opportunities ahead."
