North Texas homebuilder agrees to sell majority interest to Japanese company


North Texas homebuilder Impression Homes has agreed to sell 51 percent of its interest to Misawa Homes America, Inc.

The company, which is a subsidiary of Misawa Homes Co., Ltd., plans to purchase the company in full over time, according to a release from Impression Homes.

Impression Homes is a homebuilding firm that has established itself in the first-time buyer and move-up buyer markets in Dallas-Fort Worth, and offers homes ranging from 1,500 to 3,800 square feet. The company is set to close…
