During 2018, the St. Louis Business Journal highlighted a number of high-end homes that were either bought or sold by prominent individuals in the St. Louis region. The individuals in these transactions included local sports stars, political figures and business executives.
They purchased or sold their luxury homes in a year where the local high-end home market has transitioned toward more of a balanced market, according to Gail Kuntz of RE/MAX Results.
