Drunk Munk, the newest concept from veteran restaurateur Greg Donnally, will open next month at the former Cowby Ciao location in Old Town Scottsdale.
The tiki bar and restaurant is holding an onsite job fair this week and plans to hire 50 employees across various jobs, including service, management and all front and back-of-house positions.
Job seekers can bring their resumes and apply at 7133 E. Sixth Ave. in Scottsdale on Wednesday, Feb. 20, and Thursday, Feb. 21, from 2 to 6 p.m. both days.
