Two siblings plan to open a new dessert concept called Treats Cereal Bar & Boba on St. Paul's Grand Avenue later this spring.
Treats will offer concoctions that combine cereal like Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Fruit Loops and Frosted Flakes with ice cream from Sebastian Joe's. A special machine grinds the cereal down, and creates dessert mixtures in cones, milkshakes or bowls.
