The University of Louisville is in serious talks with Norton Healthcare Inc. about the future of its pediatric practice.
On Thursday, U of L and Norton Healthcare agreed in a nonbinding letter of intent to eventually come to terms on the transfer of major portions of the school's pediatric practice to the Louisville-based hospital system. The two groups have yet to come to final terms, and the details could change by the time the two reach a definitive agreement.
