Blue Cross, North Memorial launch joint venture to share ownership of clinics


Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota and North Memorial Health have launched a joint venture company that splits ownership of North Memorial's 20 primary and specialty care clinics in the Twin Cities between the two organizations, an action that echoes the growing affinity between payers and providers across the country.
