SmileDirectClub says lawsuit is using legal system to promote ‘falsehoods’


New lawsuit, same false allegations.

That was the response from SmileDirectClub Friday to a case filed last week accusing the company of false advertising and violating federal law. The company denies those claims, according to a news release, saying the lawsuit is an extension of previous complaints filed by dentistry organizations that have failed.
