Leak repairs at brand-new downtown Houston tower to cost nearly $2M


A water valve leak in downtown Houston’s newest office tower, which displaced the majority of its primary tenant's employees, is expected to cost nearly $2 million to repair, according to building permits issued by the city of Houston.
