In the past seven years, Louisiana Economic Development’s Certified Sites Program has grown over 500 percent – from 15 certified sites to over 80. The program offers a list of 180-day development-ready sites that are free of potential issues that could delay construction. According to LED’s competitor analysis, the state’s 80+ certified sites rank Louisiana’s to be the second-largest state-run certified sites program.
