Maui home sales soar in February as prices hold


Home sales on Maui soared last month, as prices posted slight gains of less than 2 percent for single-family homes and condominiums, according to data from the Realtors Association of Maui.

There were 95 single-family homes sold on Maui in February, an increase of 50.8 percent from the 63 homes sold during the same month in 2017. The median price of those homes was $685,000 last month, an increase of 1.8 percent from $672,575 in February 2017.
