Warren Norman, NFL player join nonprofit’s effort to revitalize Rock Hill’s south side with new commercial development


Three Points at South End aims to bring new investment to an area of Rock Hill that city leaders are targeting for growth. The project calls for more than 25,000 square feet of commercial development along with an incubator to spur innovation.
