HistoryMaker Homes is considering a return to build-to-suit as housing market stabilizes

Like a lot of builders, HistoryMaker Homes dropped build-to-suit homes because material costs were rising so fast it made them economically unfeasible. Now, things might be stabilizing enough to bring those homes back.
