High costs continue to be a day-to-day struggle for the restaurant industry, but it doesn’t seem to have slowed new development.
Looking into the second half of 2022 and into 2023, dozens of new restaurants are in the works in Central Ohio. That includes two different takes on Italian from Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, a pair of concepts from Top Chef competitor Avishar Barua, new locations from several established local operators and multiple area expansions from regional and national chains.…
