Restaurateur Joshua Hedquist is bringing his Salad Slayer concept to downtown Minneapolis.
When Salad Slayer opens on the skyway level of RBC Plaza — Hedquist is shooting for mid- to late-August — all three of his fast-casual concepts will have a spot downtown. The other two, Italian restaurant Joey Meatballs and pizzeria OG Zaza, opened within Tie's Lounge & Rooftop on Nicollet Mall in March.
