Team behind El Rey and Chez Billy Sud inks deal for pair of D.C. waterfront restaurants

The larger of the pair is planned for a spot along the Buzzard Point peninsula, an emerging neighborhood whose growth is being fueled by D.C. United's Audi Field and a surge in waterfront development.
