Moderna accuses Pfizer of copying patented technology behind Covid-19 vaccine in new lawsuit

The Cambridge company (Nasdaq: MRNA) alleged in a complaint filed in the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts Friday that Pfizer (NYSE: PFE) and BioNTech's vaccine, Comirnaty, violates three patents Moderna filed between 2010 and 2016.
