"This idea of coffee snobbery — it's always rubbed me the wrong way," said Joseph Jenkins, the founder of Sustain.
"Sustain is a nonprofit that is focused on coffee education," Jenkins said. "We do coffee classes. We do workshops. We train people who know nothing about coffee to people who are in the industry, who want to maybe level up their skills."
