A New Mexico food staple means a bit more at the International Balloon Fiesta

Matty Romero, the owner of Perico's Tacos and Burritos, said he has prepped 400 hundred pounds of potatoes, case upon case of eggs and thousands of tortillas for breakfast burritos to be sold during the first weekend of the Fiesta.
