Julie Kim advises mentees to ‘take the more challenging path’

Kim was promoted to president of the U.S. business unit of Takeda after three years heading up the company's plasma-derived therapies division. She has been named a 2022 honoree of the BBJ's Women Who Lead in Life Sciences.
