A free event next month will provide a close-up look at hundreds of downtown housing units and a peek inside the redeveloping Dayton Arcade building.
The Downtown Dayton Partnership is hosting a downtown housing tour from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on May 5. Stops on the free tour include apartments, townhomes and lofts inside Water Street Flats, Delco Lofts, St. Clair Lofts, Monument Walk, City View and First Place Luxury Apartments.
