Cowford Chophouse, Bistro Aix pastry chef Michael Bump introduces spring dessert menu items (Photos)


A week after the new Bistro Aix spring-and-summer dessert menu went live at Bistro Aix, Forking Amazing pastry chef Michael Bump announced an updated dessert menu for Cowford Chophouse.

Media were invited to a tasting Thursday night of the new menu items, which will launch in the next few weeks.
