Shake Shack Inc. has named Coca-Cola’s former global chief diversity, equity and inclusion officer Lori George Billingsley to its board of directors.
She will become the eleventh member of Shake Shack's (NYSE: SHAK) board and has been named to the nominating and corporate governance committee.
