Arizona ULI, local artists show ‘dogged’ determination to create State Fair mural

Several local artists were recruited through a foundation affiliated with the Arizona chapter of the Urban Land Institute to create a mural on a building on the grounds of the Arizona State Fair. The 2022 state fair wraps up on Oct. 30.
