Nashville ranks No. 1 real estate market to watch two years running, according to Urban Land Institute

The Urban Land Institute's Emerging Trends in Real Estate Report found that in Nashville is the top city in the country for real estate prospects, even as infrastructure is failing to keep pace with its population's needs.
