Wells Fargo & Co. has named Kristy Fercho, the current leader of Wells Fargo Home Lending, as its new head of diverse segments, representation and inclusion.
Fercho will remain head of home lending until her successor is found, then will fully transition to the DSRI position. She will join the company’s operating committee immediately and will report to CEO Charlie Scharf in her DSRI role.
Fercho succeeds Kleber Santos, who became CEO of Wells Fargo’s consumer lending business in July.
