The Third Ward Architectural Review Board approved Wednesday a certificate of appropriateness for the proposed three-story, 28,000-square-foot restaurant, taproom and distillery coinciding with a dog park located northeast of West St. Paul and North Plankinton avenues along the Milwaukee River in Milwaukee.
