Modular micro-homes planned for downtown Mesa, plus developer signs on two more tenants

In its effort to help revitalize downtown Mesa, CaliberCos. has signed on new tenants to the buildings it owns in the area. In one of those deals, ZenniHome has plans to build 90 modular, micro-homes on Main Street.
