Golden State Warriors center Zaza Pachulia sold his penthouse in Bay Harbor Islands for $1.14 million.
The 3,327-square-foot Unit PHSB in the Carroll Walk Condo at 9751 E. Bay Harbor Dr. was sold to Panama-based Dalmacia Ventures. It has four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, marble floors and a wrap-around terrace.
Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Penelope Friedland and Claudia Aros represented the NBA player in the deal. Elissa Lithman, also from Coldwell Banker, represented the buyer.
