Historic Carnival Building could become loft-style apartments with $9.8M conversion

An investor group that includes Exact Architects, Select Sites LLC and MR Capital Advisors looks to start advancing a $9.8 million, 39-loft conversion of the historic Carnival Building in the Quality Hill neighborhood before the year's end.
