Development projects in Lockport include brew pub, mixed-use buildings


Development in the City of Lockport has grown into a list of ongoing private-sector projects.

“Finally, the market forces are working in Lockport’s favor,” said Brian Smith, City of Lockport director of planning and development. “Being able to see visible changes to buildings has gotten people very excited.”

Michael Marino, CEO of Nussbaumer & Clarke Inc., based in Hamburg, opened an engineering office on Main Street because of a growing number of clients in the city and town of Lockport.…
