High Bank Distillery is expanding, but not with another restaurant


After a prominent public expansion earlier this year into a new Gahanna location, High Bank Distillery is making a big addition behind the scenes.

The Grandview Heights restaurant and distillery will triple its footprint at its flagship space to 17,000 square feet by taking over neighboring space.

Co-founder Adam Hines said the primary driver of that expansion is the need for barrel storage for its aging spirits.
