Plans for the third phase of a Birmingham neighborhood are shaping up.
The Shelby County Planning Commission has approved a preliminary plat for 24 new lots at The Village at Highland Lakes, reports 280 Living. The land is located at the end of Highland Village Trail.
Scott Vaughn of Arrington Engineering requested the 19.75-acre property in Phase 3, Sector 1 be subdivided into 24 lots.
