Q&A: Bob Goodall on smart growth and Middle Tennessee’s new housing game


Bob Goodall has been building homes in Middle Tennessee since 1983. The Gallatin native is president of Goodall Homes, and he’s been a key player in transforming the region, building the rooftops that entice companies big and small to relocate.
